Jean Leonard

Jean Leonard focuses on real estate in her corporate and commercial law practice. She represents clients in all aspects of real estate law including purchases, sales, land development, secured lending transactions, and commercial leases. Jean’s real estate experience extends to land-development matters including subdivision and site plan approvals, expropriations, and land-use planning. Jean also has a depth of experience in corporate and commercial matters, and she regularly negotiates and drafts complex commercial agreements.

Jean has been consistently recognized by her peers, and in professional directories with respect to banking and finance law and property leasing.

Jean has deep roots in the Waterloo Region and believes strongly in giving back to the community. She has served on various boards and with local organizations including the Cambridge and North Dumfries Community Foundation, the Kitchener-Waterloo YWCA, and Zonta International.
