Aperçu
Josh is responsible for managing the firm’s Student Programs in Ontario, which includes Summer and Articling Student recruitment, in-firm orientation and integration, training and mentorship and performance management. He regularly liaises with law schools and the Law Society on student-related requirements and also works closely with the firm’s Partners, Learning Team and other stakeholders on the professional development of the firm’s junior Associates.
Prior to assuming this role, Josh completed the firm’s Summer and Articling Student Programs, and subsequently practiced as an Associate in the Business Law group. With a practice focused on Corporate, M&A and Securities, he assisted clients on various transactions, including public and private acquisitions, equity and debt financings and a number of “go-public” transactions. Josh draws on this experience to assist the firm’s Students and Associates with their professional development.
Josh is a member of the firm’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility Committee and committed to advancing its initiatives.
