Kaleigh is a seasoned commercial litigator with extensive experience advocating for clients at all levels of court including Superior Court of Justice and Commercial List, Divisional Court, Federal Court and Court of Appeal. Kaleigh regularly represents clients on a wide array of business disputes including those between shareholders and partners, commercial lease disputes, debt recovery, mortgage enforcement, directors’ negligence, professional negligence, and complex contractual disputes. Her practice also includes creditor/debtor disputes and the enforcement of creditors’ rights and security interests. She has experience working with a wide range of stakeholders in insolvency proceedings. Kaleigh prioritizes clients’ legal and business needs, ensuring her advice is strategic and tailored to achieve desired outcomes. She also recognizes the value of alternative dispute resolution, and uses mediation and arbitration as appropriate to achieve positive results for her clients.Kaleigh is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Advocates’ Society, and Law Society of Ontario.
