Kyle Bertsch, an associate at Miller Thomson’s Real Estate Practice Group in London, Ontario, brings a fresh perspective to commercial real estate. With a focus on commercial transactions, leasing, and financing, Kyle’s analytical approach and dedication ensure he identifies issues and delivers effective solutions.
Kyle has been involved with the community throughout his career. Kyle held an executive position with LEVEL, where he was able to promote human rights for the Aboriginal community in London. He was also an active member in various student groups while attending the University of Western Ontario and the University of Guelph, serving as a valuable resource for students throughout their academic careers.
Kyle first joined Miller Thomson as a summer student in 2020 and returned as an articling student in 2021/22. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022. His legal journey is marked by a commitment to excellence and an open-minded approach to all client matters, equipping him to navigate complex issues proficiently, always striving for optimal outcomes.
