Mark De Sanctis represents clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters involving contractual, construction, corporate, shareholder, and real estate-related disputes. Tailoring his approach to each client’s unique needs, Mark has represented clients in Arbitrations and in various courts, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Mark is not just a skilled lawyer but also a dedicated community advocate. He actively supports charities related to advanced medical research, education, environmental sustainability and poverty alleviation. Mark has volunteered at the Shining Through Centre for Autism in Vaughan, making a positive impact on young lives. His involvement with the Ontario Justice Education Network demonstrates his commitment to educating the youth on legal matters in schools.
Mark is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, Toronto Lawyers Association, The Advocates’ Society, and the Ontario Justice Education Network.
