Team Heading

Michelle, an associate in both the Social Impact and Real Estate groups at Miller Thomson, is dedicated to assisting registered charities, not-for-profit organizations, and other entities in the charitable and tax-exempt sector. She assists clients with various matters, including incorporation, charitable registration, governance, tax and regulatory compliance, and non-profit and affordable housing developments. Michelle was a summer student at Miller Thomson in 2021 and completed her articles with the firm in 2023.

Michelle’s dedication to her community is reflected in the numerous volunteer positions she has held, including at a crisis centre, a soup kitchen, and as a volunteer providing pro bono legal services during law school.

Michelle is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association, Vancouver Bar Association, and Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (British Columbia).
