Team Heading

Pierce Quaghebeur is an active member of Miller Thomson’s Corporate Tax, Private Client and M&A groups. He works with other team members to ensure that clients’ corporate and personal tax planning, transaction, reorganization, and mergers and acquisition matters are handled effectively and efficiently. A qualified Chartered Professional Accountant, he is also a registered trademark agent.

Pierce’s previous work with a national accounting firm in their audit and assurance group complements his practical legal experience, ensuring his clients receive excellent service.

Pierce is a a proud member of a variety of legal and accounting organizations, including the Law Society of Alberta, the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada and the Canadian Bar Association, where he has served on the executive of the Business Law (North) subsection.
