Rebecca Grosz brings over a decade of experience in family law, and prior experience as a corporate lawyer, to advising her clients on complex financial, equalization, property, support, business, valuation, estate, and tax issues. Rebecca advocates for clients in connection with their cohabitation/marriage contracts and in connection with separations/divorce, through alternative dispute resolution processes, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and Collaborative Practice, as well as through the court process. Rebecca is a trusted advisor to high net worth individuals and families regarding family law considerations applicable to corporate transactions and estate planning and administration. Her strategic, practical, and client-focused approach is tailored to meet client needs, emphasizing creative problem-solving to navigate multifaceted family matters.

Rebecca is actively involved in promoting continuing legal education and she has presented on family law topics for groups such as OsgoodePD, and the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
