Rick Van Beselaere brings four decades of seasoned legal proficiency to his practice in commercial law, financing, insolvency, restructuring, bankruptcy, and debtor-creditor law. He is one of Saskatchewan’s most experienced counsel in the area of reorganization and restructuring under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA) and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA). In addition, Rick has long-standing experience in credit enforcement and security realization, environmental law and P3 projects. Consistently recognized by the industry and his peers, Rick is well-prepared to navigate complex legal landscapes while offering personalized and effective legal solutions.

A Life Member of the Regina Queen City Kinsmen Club and founding director of the Regina Inner City Family Foundation, Rick has a strong commitment to community service. His inclusive approach sets him apart as a trusted legal ally.
