Robert Duke is a veteran personal injury lawyer with decades of experience in civil litigation matters. Acknowledged in the legal community for his knowledge and experience in the law and exemplary client service, Bob leverages the trusted relationships he has built within the health care industry over the course of his career and brings that credibility to his role in strategic negotiations with insurance companies. Bob has extensive experience at the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and the Court of Appeal of Alberta and with Judicial Dispute Resolutions and Mediations. Bob actively contributes to legal education and engages with the Canadian Bar Association’s Civil Law Section.

An in-demand speaker and former member of numerous boards, including the YMCA Edmonton and Sherwood Park Minor Baseball, Bob’s industry and community engagement complement his extensive legal experience, underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
