Terry has written extensively, starting early in his legal career with an article he co-authored for the Alberta Law Review in 1990. This was followed by an article published in the Journal of International Banking in 1995 entitled the “Evolution of the Mareva Principle in Canada,” which was reprinted in The Law Times, Pakistan in 1995 and quoted at length before the full bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan in March 1995.
