Vanessa De Sousa

Vanessa maintains a broad civil litigation practice with a focus on commercial and insurance litigation. She has extensive trial experience, having acted as co-counsel on a number jury trials at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She has experience with small claims proceedings, examinations for discovery, contested motions, mediations and trials.
